Some progress, some waiting. While waiting for our floor trusses to ship from Pennsylvania, we had a waterproofing, called "Deco 2", sprayed onto the ICF foundation - a water-based rubbery compound.

Then we attached the "Eljen" drainage fabric with 4" perforated drainage pipe in the sleeve. Rented a Bobcat and move quite a bit of dirt to raise the surface of the trench 8" at the high point and give a slope to the pipe. then 6 mil poly at the bottom of the trench to direct water to the pipe. When backfilled, this should prevent any surface water from making it's way down to the grade beam or caissons.

Finally the trusses arrived a couple of day ago, and we've started installing them, on the huge joist hangers we attached to the ledgers. Framing has officially begun!
