All the floor trusses are finally installed and braced, including the "ladder trusses" on the parallel walls. Ended up using full size LVL's for rim joists (1-3/4" x 16"), since LVL rimboard (1-1/8") would have taken another 3 weeks to arrive. And I'm determined to use no OSB (ticky-tacky) on this house.

A bit of adjusting, planing high spots, etc. and then we're ready to sheath the subfloor, and have a platform to work on. Busy planning the walls, making sure on rough openings for windows & doors, etc. Once we get a subfloor on, minimizing the time until a roof appears is a good idea. Even in the desert, with our luck, we'll get a few "gully washing" rains in that time.

Also hoping to get backfilled and a garage slab poured in the next few weeks.
